Sven NOUR

Sven has been passionate about real estate from a very young age. He has always been fascinated by architecture, interior design, and the creation of inspiring living spaces.

Even as a child, he spent hours drawing houses, neighborhoods, and development plans. This passion for real estate naturally led him to turn it into his profession.

Originally from Luxembourg, Sven chose to pursue this vocation by completing the Real Estate Agent certification at the House of Training of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, which he successfully obtained at the end of 2025.

Today, his ambition is to develop an international real estate career, assisting both local and international clients with their property projects between Luxembourg and the French Riviera.

What motivates him most is the human aspect of the profession: meeting new people and building relationships based on trust throughout each project. Sven believes that every client deserves personalized, transparent, and attentive guidance to ensure the success of their real estate journey.

Whether purchasing a primary residence, a holiday home, or making a real estate investment, he takes the time to fully understand each client’s needs and supports them at every stage of the process.
