Exclusive administrative and marketing mandate.
HORUS Immobilier takes care of the drafting of all documents and the publication and disclosure of the advertisement for your property.
You take care of visits and negotiations.

HORUS Immobilier takes care of everything from A to Z.
You can also sell your property on your own, as well as with the help of other agencies.
Agency commission : 5% + VAT 17%
Duration : 1 month (tacitly renewable)
Media Pack
En option du mandat 2, 3, 4 et 5, HORUS Immobilier vous propose le Pack Média qui comprend la réalisation d’une vidéo de présentation de votre bien immobilier ainsi qu’une mise en avant sur nos canaux de diffusion avec l’achat d’espaces publicitaires.
The price of the Media Pack is :
- € 819 ttc for an apartment
- € 1,170 ttc for a house
The media pack is payable upon signing the mandate and will be fully deducted from agency fees when visiting the notary.
On the other hand, if you decide to no longer continue with HORUS Immobilier, the media pack will not be refunded to you.
