Our flagship mandate, the most complete because it brings together all our best services. Why 2% excl. VAT ? Because we believe that the people who confide the sale of their property exclusively to us and trust us deserve to be rewarded from the start. 3/ The semi-exclusive mandate at 2.5% excl. VAT.

Media Pack

As an option for mandates 2, 3, 4 and 5, HORUS Immobilier offers you the Media Pack which includes the production of a video presentation of your property and a broad visibility on our distribution channels with the purchase of advertising space.

The price of the Media Pack is :

  • € 819 ttc for an apartment
  • € 1,170 ttc for a house

The media pack is payable upon signing the mandate and will be fully deducted from agency fees when visiting the notary.

On the other hand, if you decide to no longer continue with HORUS Immobilier, the media pack will not be refunded to you.
